Lake Ridge Physical Therapy, LLC was founded by Chris Greetham and Hadi Fathalikhani in June 2000 with the opening of their first clinic in Lake Ridge, VA. The two expanded their practice by opening Montclair Physical Therapy in October 2002.
All of our therapists are licensed by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy. Through their wealth of experiences, they have expertise in all aspects of Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine, and Rehabilitation.
